Composite bonding can be used in two ways:
Edge bonding: this is when composite is added to the edge of the tooth, to repair any broken part or to repair any worn edges.
Composite veneer: this covers more than 50% of the surface of the tooth to mask any discolouration or to change the overall shape of the tooth.
Both options are great and have become increasingly popular amongst Dr Mariam’s patients.
Composite is a tooth coloured filling material, which can be bonded onto your teeth using a delicate chemical process. Composite can be shaped and sculpted to precisely the shape and colour you want whilst still maintaining a natural look.

- No enamel is removed like traditional veneers
- No injections are involved in the procedure
